What is your child learning this week?
Math: We are reviewing 2D shapes and learning about 3D shapes.
Language Arts/Daily 5/Writing: The phonics focus this week is diphthong oi. For Language Arts, we are focusing on identifying the differences between information given from words and information given from pictures/illustrations in a text. For writing, we are finishing up our narrative writing about Spring Break.
Science/Social Studies: For Social Studies, we are learning about Ruby Bridges. For Science, we are going to the Science Lab on Thursday to learn about plants.
*Reminders:
I sent an envelope for 4th quarter report cards home last week. Please put 3 stamps on the top right corner, fill out the paperwork, and return to me as soon as possible. This will allow me to be able to mail your report cards home after the end of the school year. Thank you!

- April 16: Papa John's Pizza Night. Come out and support our school!
- April 20: Garden Clean Up day! (8:00 am-12:00 pm)
