Last Thursday, we had STEM Day. For STEM Day, their challenge was to create a bird's nest that will safely hold 4 eggs and one adult bird. The students worked together and came up with some amazing creations!

Math: We are finishing up adding 1 and 2 digit numbers with regrouping. We will also be assessing on other math concepts for report cards.
Language Arts/Daily 5/Writing: The phonics focus this week is variant vowel o. For Language Arts, we are practicing with St. Patrick's Day activiites and within Daily 5. We will be assessing for report cards.
Science/Social Studies: We are continuing to learn about Teddy Roosevelt.
