Math: We are practicing word problems as well as adding and subtracting within 10.

Phonics: The phonics focus for the week is long a.
Spelling words this week:  make, take, rage, stage, place, scale, like, many, not, over

ELA/Daily 5: In ELA, we are continuing wordless stories and retelling stories. In Daily 5, we are continuing with Daily 5 rotations (Read to Self, Read to Someone, Word Work, Work on Writing, and Listen to Reading).

Writing: We will be focusing on how to write narratives.

Science/Social Studies: In Science, we are going to Science Lab! In Social Studies, we will be learning about scarcity.

Reminders:
- Conference week is next week, October 14-18. It will be Early Release all week. I look forward to seeing all of you there!
